At Gorakhpur Terracotta, we understand how eagerly you await your handcrafted piece. We make every effort to get your order packed and dispatched as quickly as possible.

Order Dispatch

  • We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day or next business day of order confirmation, subject to product availability.
  • Dispatch timelines may occasionally vary during festivals, holidays, or periods of high order volume.
  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/WhatsApp to track your shipment.

Shipping Partners We work with trusted courier partners to deliver your order safely across India. The choice of courier partner depends on your delivery location and may vary from order to order.

Delivery Timeline Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days
  • Remote/rural areas: 7–10 business days

These are estimates only. Actual delivery may vary depending on the courier partner, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
  • We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value — check our website for current offers.

Packaging All terracotta products are fragile and handmade. We take extra care in packaging each item with protective materials to minimise the risk of transit damage. However, we strongly recommend customers to record an unboxing video upon receiving their order as proof of condition at delivery.

Pan-India Delivery We currently ship across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Failed Delivery / Returned Shipments If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
